"Horrible we didn’t stay the second night. We need a refund."

Nothing

We checking in the air conditioner cap not working. It was over 80° in the room. We called the office to ask for a different room, but they didn’t have one. They called the maintenance man and tried a big fit. He came in and said he would be back never showed back that was at 12 AM in the morning. I had surgery at 5 AM. I had no sleep. I told the lady I want a refund and we didn’t even go back the next day. also, there was a roach in the shower.

The location and price were excellent! The beds and pillows were confortable.

We stayed on the hotel for three nights but nobody came to clean it during our whole stay there. They didn't even provide new toilet paper. There was rat poop on the room.
