Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston / West Energy Corridor

The hotel was under remodeling/constructions, none of the facilities were available like complimentary breakfast was stopped and Sofa/chairs were old - unusable inside. No seating area anywhere and smoking smell was coming from couple of rooms we checked.

We relied on booking.com and review on the hotel you provided with the photos and facilities chosen. There was nothing available. We reached the facility around 10pm in the night and were in such a difficult situation that we cant even cancel the reservation and move with small kids and elderly people to another hotel. There was no hotel manager available in the premises and the staff said they come only in the morning 11am. Since I booked the hotel through this third party website it wasn't easy to cancel reservation as we may not get the amount. I had to just keep my luggage in the room and went to one of my friends house to sleep next two days.

Smelled like marijuana, everything was dirty, unprofessional, service was horrible.
