There was nothing to like… I felt unsafe so I left and checked in at another hotel

They need to do over renovations and have security at their hotel

Absolutely nothing

Total dump. Checked in after a basketball tournament. Looked like they were remodeling so figured it just one night we would stick it out. Got into the room did an inspection and noticed lamp wasn’t working, then noticed the amount of filth on the tables. Dirt, hair and stains. Noticed stains on the bed phone was unplugged. Curtains barely hanging up, room smelled and was super hot. Went to front desk asked for a different room explained how filthy it was. He stated that the room was cleaned as informed him there wasn’t toilet paper. He went to the room and looked at it the showed me a different room with one bed told him that would do since we had 5 people. Told him whatever just give me cleaning supplies I’ll clean it myself. At this time it was already 11 at night when we checked in. Get back in the room and wiped down 3 tables and the headboards by that time the white rag I used was completely black just from what I wiped down. Go to the bathroom notice the condition in there. Hair and dirt everywhere. What looked like pee in the shower considering it was yellow puddles. Walk out of the bathroom and my husband moved the bed to get the shit unstuck and a condom pack falls on the floor along with a used condom. Dropped everything then and there and grab our stuff told the front desk we are leaving and wanted our money back that we would not subject our kids or our self to this filth or whatever std may be larking. He tried to say it was clean and then another guy comes up and said he did clean it. I about lost my mind how these two men think the rooms were clean or the whole building was clean or safe for people to even stay there!!!! They tried to state I couldn’t get my money back since I booked through 3rd party. Called the booking place I went through explained everything to them they emailed the property while I was still on the phone with them in the lobby. The guy at the desk said I would have to wait until Monday when the manager got back.

Absolutely nothing. It is dirty all over, even outside in the parking lot. The hallways smell horrible and it is terribly hot. There were blood stains on the floor and sheets. The restrooms had hairs on the towels and pretty much everywhere else.

I did not like anything about this place and should not be listed .

I did not like the way it looked outside, the lobby, the smell, elevator or the room. This place shouldn’t be in booking.com

It wasnt clean, there were no lights in all the rooms they tried to give me. I asked for a refund and the clerk said he cant give me a refund I would have to wait for the manager. There were at least 3 other guest complaining about the same thing.

I got my room in the first floor
