Great location with helpful and accommodating staff.

Broken window latches, curtains hanging off rails. Bathroom very small.

Staff were very accommodating. We were able to use left luggage before our departure.

The location was great, close to the West End. The bed was comfortable.

The parking information didn't mention that you can only park for 3 hours and then you have to move the car. No one offered to help with the bag, my husband was trying to park while I struggled up the stairs. The bathroom was not very clean, there was old soap on top of the shower unit and no slip mat, the bedroom carpet was inadequately hovered. The plug in the hand basin didn't work. But breakfast was the most disappointing thing, it was preprepared and left in hot containers, the bread for toast was awful. Very poor value for money.

Location

Had family room 105 with one double bed and one single bed. There was only myself yet I was unable to sleep in double bed as bed was so worn out mattress springs could be felt. I mentioned it when leaving and the person on reception offered no apology and was clearly not going to do anything about it.

Friendly helpful staff - good communication before arrival - and desk location for west end

Great location in the heart of the West End, near the University. Very good breakfast, including black pudding!
