"Tutto bene tranne l'aria condizionata"

Albergo ben gestito, personale squisito, colazione italiana discreta. Alberto pulito. Unica grave pecca è che viene segnata la presenza dell'aria condizionata ma ci siamo ritrovati un ventilatore in stanza che, in giornate caldissime come quelle che abbiamo trovato, ha reso il sonno non proprio ottimale

"passez votre chemin"

à mi chemin entre le lac de Côme et celui de Lugano, au bord d'une route très passante et le service de nettoyage se met en route entre 7h30 et 8h de bon matin, a éviter si vous souhaiter dormir ou vous reposer car le soir le restaurant qui est plein se trouve sous les chambres du 1 étage... le prix du Spa soit disant ramener exceptionnellement à 20€ la journée + 5€ pour les serviettes, chaussons et peignoirs par personnes pour les qqs metres carrés proposé...bref à éviter

"Sauberes Hotel mit gutem Service. "

Leider verschlingt der Restaurantbetrieb ab 19.00 Uhr die Parkplätze für Hotelgäste. Was die Ruhe angeht kann man sich nicht auf die Rücksicht der vielen italienischen Gäste verlassen, da wird auch kein Gedanke verschwendet dass man nachts um 4.00 Uhr gerne schlafen will. Fazit:Super geführt, Serviceorientiert, leider teilweise zu laut durch Gäste und Restaurantbetrieb. Rührei zum Frühstück wäre nett gewesen.

"Relax di fine giornata."

Dopo una giornata impegnativa è stato stupendo coccolarsi nella Spa dell’albergo e cenare al ristorante.
