Great hotel. Very clean bedrooms. Good brekkie. Very nice talkative helpful friendly owner. Easy walk into town. Parking at side of hotel on side street.

"Very clean and Tidy Hotel"

The outside of the Hotel was nothing like the picture on Hotel.com but you don't sleep on the outside. lol Enjoy stay staff very friendly and helpful. Ask for Breakfast to been grill and was done and the service and Breakfast was really lovely. Only think that we found was that because we smoked you have to buzz back into the Hotel. Apart from that I would tell Family and Friends.

The staff here couldn't be any more friendlier. The hotel was great, the breakfast was lovely, the staff were so nice and hospitable and it was clean and comfortable and close to the town centre which was great! Thank you! We will be staying here again.x

"Historic hotel, multi story, no lift."

Kevin, the owner, made every effort to assist my disabled, elderly parent up/down the stairs. All staff so helpful, friendly and willing to do whatever to make a guest's stay comfortable. They are all experts on Liverpool. Great, cooked to order, full English breakfast. Good, reasonably priced place, easy access to all parts of Liverpool. Must have no mobility issues due to stairs and no lift.
