Although the place is showing it's age it was a good enough stop.

Great location

Not enough blankets on the bed and was a bit cold. No extra blankets were there.

We were given a small house! It was amazing. There were two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room and bathroom. It was really nice. We visited and then at night we could knit and watch tv. If I had to get up in the night I didn’t worry about waking my sister in the next room. When I asked for extra towels and toilet paper the owner was very nice. I really liked it and I will be back!

Well, the floors needed to be washed. Our socks were quite black when we left. And the surfaces of the counters and the microwave in the kitchen had finger marks on them. Also the dishes were in a plastic container near the sink drying. There was no soap to wash the dishes. Also, the sheets were clean BUT made our skin itchy. They could be rinsed better or use less soap. I worked in the hotel industry. As a matter of fact my family owned a property. That was one thing that was very important—to make each guest feel that no one had been in the room before. So chrome had to be shined. And the face of all the kitchenettes had to be kept clean with Windex. Windows also had to be cleaned. These things may seem silly, but they do matter.

They need to invest in better pillows. Appeared to have mold in the shower.

Location, hospitable staff

Heating system was very limited. No ability to heat beyond 69 degrees F., regardless of thermostat settings. Entry door was beat up, and had glass windows (not a secure, solid wood or metal door).

I would never stay here again. I know it was a cheap place to stay, when we got off the ferry but it doesn’t take much to clean. Bed was awful room was full of flies. Pictures of the outside are not this motel it was right on the road noisy all night. We left before 6am.
