"Good value hotel in the centre of the Old Town"

Staff were fantastic, very warm and accommodating. They also spoke very good English. Organised a tour for the day which was done through the hotel- the guide was excellent. Rooms were very clean with all the amenities necessary (surpassed my expectations for a 3 star hotel). Breakfast was simple but good. Would happily recommend.

"Great location, friendly staff, modern decore."

The stay was great - the hotel was nice and the staff very friendly, we also took the city tour with the hotel which was good and gave a good insight into Sarajevo's war past. The location is perfect for looking around the old town. Breakfast was basic but also an unexpected surprise. Thanks for a great stay.

"Perfect budget stay in Sarajevo"

Location was perfect, staff were exceptional! Made our stay very good. The hotel also offers tours which are really interesting to get an insight to the war history and current attitudes of the locals. Breakfast was basic but also an unexpected extra. Thanks for a nice stay guys.

"Excellent"

Great, family run hotel in the centre of Sarajevo. Perfectly located for all the sights, really nice rooms and incredibly friendly and helpful service. Only thing that could be improved is the selection at breakfast time. Overall, this comes highly recommended.

"Outstanding Service, Location"

Some of the best, most considerate service I've ever had. The rooms are fine (though not terribly comfortable if you need to spend a lot of time inside). The real perk is the excellent location and the fact that the entire staff and hotel management team is always ready with excellent recommendations and useful information. Note that the airport shuttle is only from the airport; you'll need to book a taxi (approximately 10 euros or 20 marks) for the return.

"Unbeatable Location"

We stayed here twice and the staff was very, very accommodating. Quick access to Old City Sarajevo. Very nice breakfast. Highly recommend it!

"In the heart of the old town"

This hotel is in the center of the old town where all the restaurants, shops and sights are. They are a very small hotel and are family run and make you feel like part of their family. They even picked us up at the airport and would not accept a tip. The free breakfast is sparse but adequate. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel
