Staff made billing and airport shuttle pickup mistakes and tried to make customer pay (when it was clearly hotel’s fault). Rude and stressful front desk interaction that tainted on overall nice stay.

Staff brilliant, facilities superb and we had a great time. Only issue was the room temperature was too warm for us until we figured out the climate system in the room... Ski boot room was fantastic and heated, dry boots each day made all the difference. We opted for half board for a change and were pleased we did. Breakfast superb, dinner menu changed each night and 2 of the 5 nights the food was exceptional, 2 nights very good and 1 night good. We'd go back albeit pricing looks to have increased sharply from when we booked before.

Amazing property, love this hotel so much

The Grand Tirolia is truly in a class by itself in Kitzbuhel. The resort is beautifully designed and furnished in chic tyrolean style set in a perfect location at the base of the mountains. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and very well layed out. We travelled with lots of luggage for a ski vacation and the closet space was amazing (in addition to the ski storage room). The bathroom is very large and has a super nice rain shower and soaking tub with separate powder room. The deck is also quite spacious and views were amazing. The service in the hotel is top notch; warm, friendly, helpful and professional. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Johannes Lehberger, who really welcomed us after a particularly trying travel day from Spain. Thank you! The front desk staff was also great including Natayolia from Bulgaria, she's wonderful! Two off the chart aspects of the resort; breakfast and the Spa. The breakfast spread is incredible and has among other things an egg/omelete station, amazing Austrian cheeses, fresh juice made to order (e.g., my wife had a freshly blended carot, ginger, orange), fabulous coffee and teas. Literally the best breakfast spread we have ever had; beats Paris/London grand hotels. The spa has three different types of saunas, steam rooms, whirlpool, outdoor/indoor pool and is really outfitted well. All in all, this is the best place to stay in Kitzbuhel, enjoy!

We recent had the pleasure of a stay at this excellent hotel. We were given a very nice upgrade to a beautifully appointed room with balcony. Dinner and breakfast were both equally as good, service friendly and exceptional. Hotel facilities were also of a good standard, well equipped gym and spa. Overall this luxury hotel represented outstanding value and a place we will undoubtedly return to.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous area. The room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and much varied. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is much recommended!

Great room and generally very helpful attitude from all the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed a “hike with Paul”, always enjoyed the daily sauna infusions and all the dining options were great
