Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel - Member of Hommage Luxury Hotels Collection

I almost don't want to give this a 5 star review because I'd love to keep the Grand Tirolia a hidden gem. Where to begin...the pool is amazing-indoor and outdoor (just the right temperature), super kid friendly without the loudness of kids, the rooms are big enough for a family of 4, the food is great and the staff (in the restaurants and hotel) are simply awesome!!! I would recommend the Grand Tirolia for both winter holiday and summer holiday!!!

So many things. Inconvenient location and shuttle only ran when they felt like it. Digital control in room not working, but not informed thereof. Killed bugs in bathroom.

Great property with 3 onsite restaurants. The parking is 45 Euros per night. The rooms are large with nice balconies. The spa is family friendly and has a thermal pool with hot tub and saunas. There is even an adult only textile free area. The resort has a shuttle bus to the ski slopes every 30 minutes and the resort has a ski rental shop and can even sell you passes to skiKitz. GREAT resort, and the food is amazing. The breakfast spread is HUGE!!!

The staff was super. They surprised my sister with flowers & cake on our arrival for her 50th Birthday and throughout our stay made everyday special for her. Very grateful for their hospitality and care.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel.

The hotel had great amenities and a Spa oasis with several saunas and stem baths and indoor/outdoor connected pool. The gym was state of the art. The rooms were large and perfect for travelling with a small child. The food was excellent.

Wonderful team, location, food, top notch all the way. Private shuttle directly to gondola very convenient. One of our favorites for sure. We will be back.

The hotel is beautiful, warm and comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe suite that had two bedrooms, a foyer and living room. There was some confusion about how the lighting system worked (all controlled by a panel), but overall it was a gorgeous stay.

The property was re-opened after what sounds like an extensive renovation, and the staff may have been under-prepared. I was also disappointed that I was encouraged to overlook the parking lot from our “Mountain View” rooms. That said, the chef, the kitchen team, all the servers- every single one of them, the guys in the pro-shop and the shuttle drivers were top-notch, welcoming and thoughtful and made this the five-star experience we had expected.
