location was perfect, friendly reception and easy access.

The room was extremely small and I paid double for my room than what my friend paid for hers and hers was triple the size. i had to climb over the bed to get to the other side. the bed head had a thick layer of dust on it, only half of it had been wiped (probably where the cleaner could reach without getting onto the bed) and the window sills were filthy, looked like they hadnt been wiped in months. As i suffer from a lung disease it was really unpleasant for me. I regularly book through booking.com for my business and am a loyal customer but feel if i go directly through the hotels then i may be heard and compensated for unsatisfactory hygiene.
