Very close to the venue I was attending .

Parking was not on site , the room was a basement room with stairs leading to the rear service area . Fixtures and fittings were worn .

Nice and cosy hotel, close to St Kilda Beach, clean. Wonderful paintings in the corridors, adds to the atmosphere.. Room is small but the space is efficiently utilized. Great choice if you need to just sleep.

Was a bit stressed about not having 24/7 check-in desk, but apparently this is a new norm nowadays. No table/desk for work.

Great location and reasonable price.

The rooms are looking old and tired. Bathrooms need to be updated. Walls need painting. Furniture needs updating. Rooms are quite dark with small windows.
