Linen and sheets are included but extra kits can be provided at an additional charge. Check-in is possible from 17:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays and every day during the high season. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. La localisation c est proche de tout a pied, la superficie parfait, qualité de construction (aucun bruit avec les logements voisins...) et en parfait état. Et les 2 salles de bain c est super !

Les matelas sont trop fins on a rapidement eu mal au dos. Et les matelas glisse des qu un des 2 bouge dans le lit car il n est pas fixé sur le côté. C est dommage

La ubicación del apartamento es magnifica, esta muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y de todos los sitios de interés turístico. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

La piscina es bastante pequeña para el tamaño de alojamiento.

Belle résidence, les appartements sont spacieux bien équipés. mobiliers de qualité. un balcon avec vue sur la montagne. Belle piscine intérieur. Équipe d'accueil très serviable et sympathique.

Le gros désagrément c'est le manque de logo suffisamment visible interdisant aux enfants de plonger et même certains parents qui ne respectent pas les consignes. Il faudrait un terrain extérieur de jeu pour les enfants tel qu'un terrain pour faire du foot.

Résidence bien située

Point négatif devant être amélioré : la propreté de l'appartement très sommaire, meubles et ustensiles de cuisine gras, sol collant, vitres sales, sanitaires sales, bref nous avons fait le ménage en arrivant alors que nous avons payé un forfait ménage ! Les parties communes n'ont pas été nettoyées pendant notre séjour. Le personnel d'entretien n'est pas responsable de cette situation. Il s'agit d'un prestataire extérieur qui accorde trop peu de temps par appartement pour faire un entretien efficace, rentabilité oblige...c'est regrettable pour une résidence 4 étoiles.
