Linen and sheets are included but extra kits can be provided at an additional charge. Check-in is possible from 17:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays and every day during the high season. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organize check-in. "Could be better"

The main plus is dog friendly. The apartments are in a good location with on-site parking.

Despite the fact that the apartments are quite large, there is a problem with sleeping places. The bed in the bedroom is 140 cm, for two adults it is very narrow. The sofa in the living room is also not very suitable for an adult. Beds and sleeping places are not made, you need to make everything yourself, and then take it off and take it to the laundry. The kitchen has a lot of dishes and you can cook, but there are no detergents and sponges (no dishwasher tablets, no dishwashing gel, no sponges)

Zero services. they give you a big bag with sheets for you to bring up to your room. you need to make your bed and bring it back after your stay.

"Good stay but the facilities of the hotel are disappointing."

The region is amazing. The location is very close to the city and shops of Luchon. The staff is very nice.

No internet (even the paid service, 20 euros per week, is miserable speed). The beds are not comfortable. The apartment is not really 4 stars. The swimming pool is cold/warm but definitely not hot: this is not enjoyable in the middle of the winter !!

"Pleasant"

It's great that we have the cookware and the dishwasher in the room. The pool and saunas were also nice.

However, the water temperature of the pool was a bit low (27°C). It would be much better if they can increase it to about 32°C. Also, I don't think this is a 4-star hotel, because we have to make our own bed, change the sheets ourselves, and pay more for the additional towels.
