Location, friendly staff

Strong smell of bleach in the room So outdated - almost a Time Machine:)

This is a budget hotel and should be evaluated as such. With that in mind, we found the staff to be excellent and the hotel to be clean and accommodating.

So to be honest it was very clean and staff is very friendly. On the flip side the building is very old, the pool was drained and was not made aware of, no ice machine or vending machines. It did have a very small frig and microwave but no coffee. Coffee was available in lobby in the morning but no breakfast of any kind so for the price it should have had more amenities. Rub handle is hard to pull out and hard to adjust hit cold due to it spinning on the fixture

While this is an older hotel, we have got a very nice, clean room, with a great view of a green and calming backyard from the balcony where there were 2 chairs. The room had a laminate floors, TV, small fridge, microwave, a table with 2 chairs and a nightstand next to bed. The beds were in a very good condition and clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating to anything we asked. We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel that is located also very close to the center of Lake Geneva city. There was plenty of free parking outside of hotel.

This hotel is old are worn out. The furniture in my room looked like it was purchased from a thrift store or the Salvation Army. The fixtures in the sink area looked like the ones my parents had in their house back in the 1970's. The bathtub shows signs of old age. My bed had a large piece of plastic between the box spring and the mattress; subsequently, it made noise when I got into or out of bed. I was given shampoo/conditioner in packets the size of ketchup packets you get from McDonald's. My door didn't have a second lock on it.

It was clean and very spacious and I did enjoy the fact that it was close to downtown and shopping centers. I also liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

It is very dated and could used a few upgrades. The pool was also out of service which was a bummer because the kids were looking forward to it.

Staff was super nice and friendly! Very helpful! Water pressure was awesome!

The place is a little outdated - no coffee in rooms, no blow dryer, but if you're looking for a place to rest your head and don't care about amenities, this is your place!

The workers and ladies at the desk were some of the nicest people.

Honestly nothing really. Yes it could use updating but it was clean.
