Bugs in the jacuzzi a lot of them

This property is part hotel part long stay housing. The man working at night was friendly and told me I was getting such a great room. It seemed okay at night; at least the sheets seemed clean. Mattress was warm in several spots, the room was so dusty, dirty toilet, hair clippings in sink, walls have food specs on them. There was a bottle cap on floor (not mine), clothing tags on floor. Crumbs in drawers, the kitchenette sink had crusted on food

Staff was attentive. Room was clean, simple furnishings. Needed a couple wall outlets (near tables). Otherwise met my needs completely.

Pool was empty although the pictures of the inn show a water-filled inviting pool. The owners/investors should commit to major cleaning and upgrading (beyond what room service cleaning can provide). The office managers were very personable and helpful.

Location was great.

Bathroom needs to be updated. No capability to charge my electronics. No coffee.

We had a King size suite with Spa Bath I like the room and the quiet location

I didn’t like the mattress I wish it was a newer mattress and pillows

They really need major remodeling new beds new sheets comforter new furniture everything was horrible I should get my money back, windows are nasty dirty there were bed bugs.it was horrible nasty...

The staff was EXCELLENT & the property was very clean. I highly recommend staying at this location.
