Inly wish wifi was working in my room so I could do my ft remote job!

Mattresses and better pillows .

The hotel's location is advantageous, however, its cleanliness is lacking. The pricing was acceptable, but the hotel's infrastructure is antiquated and in need of modernization.

No attendant at 11pm. I did not get a room. I called a number a permanent resident offered. Ruined the night. Had to spend more than double on alternative hotel. Not happy

The staff was very helpful and accommodating as the room didn't have a hair dryer and the 2nd day we didn't have a 2nd towel. The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown.

Didn't experience breakfast, bir was I told by the staff there was one.

Room was not clean. Trash left on floors in bathroom. Staff never mentioned anything such as a wifi password, whether there was a breakfast or not. No iron/ironing board (and we stayed there for a wedding and wanted to iron our outfits after travel).

I liked that the front desk saw opportunity to upgrade me to my preferred room arrangement allowing me to use the King Suite #202.

The unit is older and I know renovations are expensive but a pool/hot tub would have been a nice option.
