I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. After a 5-hour drive to reach the resort, the stay was deeply disappointing. The property feels very outdated and poorly maintained, far below what I would expect from an InterContinental-branded hotel. In its current condition, it does not meet InterContinental standards and, frankly, felt below the level of many Holiday Inn properties I have stayed at. As a IHG diamond elite member, I received a room upgrade, but the upgraded room offered little additional value and did not improve the overall experience. The room showed significant wear and tear, furnishings were dated, and the hotel lacked the sense of quality, comfort, and attention to detail typically associated with the brand. The location and surrounding nature remain beautiful, but the hotel itself appears to be in need of substantial renovation and investment. I hope management takes steps to restore the property to the standard guests reasonably expect when booking an InterContinental.

직원 응대가 아주 친절해서 숙박하는 동안 정말 기분이 좋았어요 조식도 맛있었고 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다

위치도 좋았고 주변 환경도 훌륭해서 조은시간을 보냈어요. 조식도 조았으며 전반적인 관리도 깨끗하고 잘 되어있어요. 다시 방문하고 싶은 장소입니다
