InterContinental Pyeongchang Resort Alpensia by IHG

The view from my hotel room was amazing.

Sam from Concierge was most helpful, went above and beyond to assist us. Staff in general was polite and friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. So convenient having the ski slopes and lifts at our doorstep.

Resort itself is very clean & has clear directional signs.

It was not sheltered to the bus pick up point. The pick up point does not have any seats . Everyone just crowd around waiting for the bus. More food choices will be ideal.

Convenience to the ski resort being short walk from hotel. Daily buffet breakfast included in package with hotel room was very convenient as limited food options in the area.

The carpets had stains on them and furniture worn. Bed was too soft that it had no support for back resulting in back pain (even worse with body aches after snowboarding and falling continuously).

The concierge staff were excellent and speak English reasonably well. Whatever requests I asked of them they exceeded my expectations. This is unlike the delay and sometimes no response when I had questions before the arrival.

The location of the hotel is not as convenient for the bus drop off though it is a short walk but challenging in slippery wintry pathways.
