The hotel was beautiful, as was the room. The front desk clerk (I believe her name was Maria) helped me with my bags, due to an injury that made it difficult for me to move my luggage. She was incredibly accommodating, and I was very appreciative.

There was nothing to dislike. It was a wonderful experience.

This hotel was superb, the decor was beautiful. It was exceptionally clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, I especially loved the Belgian pancakes! The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere and found it easy to pop back into our room to rest or refresh. The restaurant Diligence across the road was very good and convenient. We used Uber to get to and from the train station. The view from our ‘canal view’ room did not disappoint. Very pretty. We would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ist daher für einen Stadtbesuch wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Mir persönlich waren die Matratzen zu weich. Ist halt Geschmackssache. Die Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist mit einem größeren Wagen schwer zu händeln, aber immerhin gibt es eine Garage.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine sehr zentrale Lage, wodurch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Zimmer war bei der Anreise sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

Leider lassen sich die Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen, sodass die Belüftung ausschließlich über die Klimaanlage erfolgt. Zudem war der Abzug im Badezimmer recht schwach, wodurch Feuchtigkeit und Gerüche nur unzureichend abgeführt wurden. Die bereitgestellten Wasserflaschen gab es lediglich am Anreisetag. Frühstück und Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt und können diese Bereiche daher nicht bewerten. Für die gebotene Zimmerqualität empfanden wir den Preis insgesamt als etwas zu hoch.
