"Beautiful views"

Room was great. Beautiful property.

Check in was lackluster at best. The male reception staff seemed inconvenienced by our arrival.

Location is excellent! Bed was soooo comfortable. Great hot shower and nice towels.

"Amazing view/stay (worth it) but work to be done to bring this to a 10/10!"

We paid a lot of money (30,000 pesos for 4 nights) for a suite with a view. The view was incredible and the suite was clean and lovely.

I thought the staff could have been more welcoming and could have arranged a bottle of wine or cocktail on entry given the price. Also breakfast was not included which was a huge drag given the price we paid. The rooms had coffee but not tea. All relatively minor points but it did take away from the experience. Internet was patchy at times (it didn’t work for 7 hours on one day). The hotel rests on its laurels so to speak as it knows the views are amazing.

Honestly, it’s rare in my experience for accommodation in Mexico to exceed the photos and expectations but VC did that. A perfect spot for a family to enjoy the beach, a comfortable room, good food and great views.

The view of the bay and beach from the cliff top was spectacular. the facility is older but very clean and well taken care of. Quiet and relaxing.

the property's neighborhood isn't great, there is nothing around it but sand road and fenced off vacant properties. wasn't comfortable walking it at night, always took a taxi. The pool wasn't used by anyone, it is in a bad spot and there are no loungers to sit around. The beach was close so spent our time there.

Simply the best hotel in Puerto Escondido! Boasting glamorous elevated panoramic views, beautiful gardens, villas and restaurant, this is a sophisticated first class choice. Manager Angélica is superbly efficient, courteous and kind. Cute pool and lots of lovely nooks to relax in - with hammocks! Good cocktails.
