Location. Beautiful property. Excellent breakfast.

There nothing we didn’t like about it.

Clean warm and well located We enjoyed the cookies and cakes left for the afternoon cup of tea. The breakfast was excellent

Breakfast was fabulous - cooked to order - a lot of variety on offer. Plus water and fresh milk available from fridge every day and of course tea & coffee facilities in room. Location-wise, the steep hill was very challenging - but Nick showed me another way to get into and out of town. House - decorated beautifully, room very comfortable.

I would have liked a lounge to sit in but unfortunately wasn't available as previously unused. Otherwise, perfect.

The room was lovely.Amazing views of the garden Loved the bathroom with large walkin shower .Dressing table &seating area .Coffee,tea &biscuit facility in room.Outside room was a fridge with free bottles of water &milk.Each day there was homemade cakes or biscuits to help yourself to Breakfast was amazing served hot it was steaming lol.Cant fault anything. Definitely stay again 😊

Nothing really. Only the walk up the hill.which was a good challenge everyday
