Excellent location and facilities including parking. Close to town and easily walkable routes to access amenities. Very good breakfast, cake and shortbread, fresh milk in rooms . Very hospitable host and lovely lady providing breakfast and room service.

Nothing whatsoever about the accommodation or booking, apart from being unlucky with the weather one day :)

Close to the centre, comfortable room and bed, fantastic shower, extra touches like homemade cake/biscuits every day also free bottles of water and fresh milk not UHT! Great breakfast good choice of hot and cold items Nick was very friendly and accommodating!

Amazing location Great rooms so fitting and elegant to the style of Lake District A lot better when you get there compared to the pictures Like a gorgeous cottage They add personal touches like homemade cakes and biscuits The cups are so elegant The bathroom is gorgeous They have central heating The outside garden is lovely too Wish we were starting longer 5 min walk to everything Little girl loved it but would be great with a partner too
