Conveniently close to the Fly Palmy arena for us to watch the Pulse netball

On duty manager, Fleur, was very good and happily moved me to a new room, as I was uncomforatable with the level of cleaniness in the initial room I was given. The room I moved to was of a better standard and I managed to stay comfortably for my two night stay. The bed was comfy and the bed linen clean and white. The shower had good pressure and nice and hot. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed.

Sadly the first room was very below par and had chairs that were so stained and fithly that I did not want to even hang my clothes on the back of them, let alone sit on them. The bed linen was not white, but rather grey and worn looking.

Beds were comfy, location is ok, helpful staff

I guess the only downside was that the cleaner forgot to remove the waste in the rubbish bin but it was sorted asap when we notified the reception area. Other than that, everything was fine.

stoned area outside sliding door needs a gardener or weed sprayer - some cobwebs on ceiling in room

Very comfortable and staff went out of their way to make sure our rooms were near each other.

The area looked a wee bit dodgy driving up to it but don’t judge a book by its cover. As a single female traveller I felt totally safe.
