Had many issues, the receptionist/support person was always helpful and timely, but couldn't really resolve anything, even though she thought she did. We didn't want to keep bothering her as we worked out that the facilities didn't provide her with the tools to properly solve the problems.

The people that run the place are so kind and attentive, they really cater to your needs and make sure everything is met up to your standards! The man working there is so kind and was so happy to help me when I had a few general questions. He came fast and was very kind and informed when he spoke to me. He was very respectful and this place definitely deserves to be stayed at ❤️. I will 100% be coming back to stay here! Wish the team all the best
