"Overall it was pretty good."

The place was really good, nice location and the staff really friendly.

The bed was a bit soft and under the bed needed a good vacuum. I relayed the info about the bed so hopefully this has improved.

"Get a middle room"

Office lady swapped our upstairs room for a downstairs one without a fuss which we appreciated. Bed was comfy and room was cozy. Big tv screen meant i didn't have to wear my glasses.

Noisy traffic, especially if you get a room down the end and it's a Saturday night. The touch lamps flicker on and off. Best to unplug them if not in use.

"Weekend in PN to see my daughter at Uni"

Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. It's a pretty basic hotel. Not a lot of love in it and dated. Functional is what I'd say.

With a bit of investment it could be really great. The coffee machine option was not great. Better to have plungers in there or upgrade to nespresso. Get some new furniture. Update the curtains and artwork in the rooms. Remove the plastic palms in the hallway. Get some funky carpet on that hallway floor, paint the walls or better yet wallpaper it, and you're introduction to the hotel would be Wow! The armchairs in our room were tiny and uncomfortable. The TV was miles away. You just couldn't hang out in the huge living area. And again, it could have been an awesome zone. PS the TV in the bedroom of 327 doesn't work properly.
