"Very Good"

The staff were lovely and the location is great for the CBD.

My room was a little run down. It had been cleaned but could do with a deep clean and/or refresh.

"Would book this place again. Close to food places, stores and mall, and staff are helpful and friendly."

We had a big group come in and the staff were very accommodating, helpful and lovely. Location suited us, close to our event and lots of food options.

The beds could do with an upgrade. We could feel the springs on all the beds in our room.

"Great family room"

We loved our stay at BKs Palmerston North. We made a last minute decision to stop there for the night after our ferry was delayed. The evening shift staff went above and beyond to help us. Meeting us after hours to allow entry to our room and ensure we were settled. Room contained coffee machine which made my day the next morning

Have got a large placard stating the have massages available yet it is closed due to no staff. Need to get rid of signs and update their information booklets in the rooms.
