Rien Sauf le manque de communication et d’information de booking car la rue était fermée aux voiture pour une fête et impossible de se garer ni de décharger les bagages devant.

Beautiful view. Well located

Lovely place, great location!

The hotel was very well located, but the service was generally average. The elevator didn't work properly. The bed was two pieces pushed together and wasn't comfortable. The room was relatively small, and the bathroom didn't have enough shelves to store toiletries. When I say average service, I mean that no one helped you carry your belongings up, and you had to carry them up three flights of stairs. However, the breakfast service was very efficient, as was the staff.

Excelente ubicación. Desde que nos recibieron en recepción fueron muy amables. Los chicos que nos atendieron en el restaurante fueron muy serviciales (Melissa, Klea y Ahmed). Las chicas de limpieza atentas a nuestras necesidades. Y la comida muy buena!

La ubicación y el personal

El aire acondicionado hacia ruido y pedimos que nos cambiarán la habitación. El personal nos ofreció una habitación en el hotel Splendid cercano a H.Miramare por el mismo precio.

It was well positioned for being central

For a 4 star rating & Cost I am not sure this delivers. Rooms are old & tied, very poor condition. Very noisy at night from music below.
