"It wasn’t what I expected and what they told me I would have i wouldn’t recommend this hotel it wasn’t worth it what I"

The guy that was at the reception at night. He was really nice. He tried to accommodate us in a better room that the one they gave us. But at the end he couldn’t.

I talked in advance to Franceso, and told me I was going to have a triple room with a balcony with sea view. I didn’t get that. We got a triple room, with a small window with sea view and a small balcony looking to the city. Although this guy effort finally they said the didn’t care. It was what it was.

The location

We had booked 3 rooms and they told us that they couldnt even put us on the same floor. It when in one of the rooms AC wasn’t working so they changed our room and that was apparently vacant! And on top of that the vacant room was stinking.. We were a family of 8 and had to stay on 3 different floors!!

Room was extremely small. Did not have enough room for 2 suitcases. Bath room was a closet. Water from shower was only lukewarm. Noise from busy street and square where children played until late in the evening. Location was central which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was quiet and worked well.

"Fantastic Hotel"

Fantastic Hotel - great location, great service, great rooms, great view and great food. If you are going to Rapallo Italy this is the best hotel to stay at. The General Manager has really made this a 5 star hotel - well done and thank you. Our stay in May for 5 nights was absolutely wonderful!
