"Disappointing experience"

It was the worst hotel on our Christmas trip, with the most expensive price. We requested a room with a view in a quiet part of the hotel, having written a letter to the hotel in advance with our wishes. But our wishes were not taken into account, rather the opposite - the room was provided in the building across the road from the main one overlooking the road and was very cold and uncomfortable. Weathered furniture, dirty refrigerator. Breakfast was also the worst of the seven hotels we stayed at during our trip. The only one good thing - we only booked one night. Unfortunately, I no longer want to come back here and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Direkt am See und gleich daneben direkter Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir hatten als Geburtstagsgeschenk eine Suite Plus gebucht und uns wurde zugesagt, dass diese eine Seeblick hat. Leider befinden sich die Suites aber im Nebengebäude mit Blick auf die Straße. Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne mehr, wirbt aber auf allen Webseiten damit. Am Abreisetag erfuhren wir dann auch noch, dass wir pro Nacht eine Energiepauschale von 3 Euro zahlen müssen. Dies wurde allerdings vorher nicht kommuniziert. Also, hier fehlt es auf alle Fälle an transparenter Kommunikation.

Ich fand die Unterkunft gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut fand ich die Anbindung vom Hotel zur S-Bahn. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Für jedem was dabei.

Generell ein schönes Hotel. Tolle Lage, Zimmer auch gut. Es sind aber einige Reparaturen notwendig. Außerdem war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist.

Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer sauber U alles vorhanden was man für einen einfachen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Buffet war sehr gut, für jedermann was dabei. Hat uns noch mit am besten gefallen.
