Der Parkplatz dreckig und vermüllt. Die Terrasse so lieblos und unscheinbar. Die Außenanlagen heruntergekommenen. Das ganze Hotel macht einen deprimierenden Eindruck. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Gute Lage, direkt am See, S-Bahnhof in direkter Nachbarschaft. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Leider keine Minibar im Zimmer (...die ich eigentlich nicht brauche, aber ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre schön gewesen)

"Nice hotel, payment confusion spoilt stay"

Pleasant hotel in good waterfront location, decent bar, nice breakfast. Staff and service were nice but unreliable. When we checked in, the receptionist told us we had paid (by credit card), and then after we had left, they threatened to call the police saying we had not paid. Then when we phoned up to pay, a few days later, they could not find our booking, so the saga continues... Don't you realise that not everyone has the time to spend on the phone and mindless webchats trying to sort out your mistakes?

Durchdachte Zimmergestaltung die einige Möglichkeiten zu Erholung bietet. Der Ausblick auf den Griebnitzsee mit anschließendem Wald ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück war lecker und sehr abwechslungsreich. An Verpackungen wie z.B. bei Butter und Marmeladen wird gespart. Sehr nachhaltiges Konzept im Haus vertreten.

Der Service hat leider stark nachgelassen. Chaotische Abrechnung an der Rezeption. 5 Stangen Spargel und ein Ministück Zander auf dem Teller. Erst nach langer Diskussion gab es ein zweites kleines Fischstück. So verprellt man Stammgäste.

Meeting facilities are good, temperature in the meeting room was hot. Not quick to adjust. Rooms have a great lake view and for the rest oke. Restaurant used for buffet and one evening a 3-course diner. Standard food. Service is friendly and helpfull

Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt.Das Hotelrestaurant war geschlossen, hätte bei der Buchung angezeigt werden können.Ausweichrestaurant mittelmäßige Qualität des Essens.
