Comfortable beds & good size units

Bathrooms especially were a bit run down, need some attention to mound, doors that don't shut properly....placement of hand towel holder & shelve in shower....so low they were barely usable & kept hitting elbows etc on

Large apartment, lovely views, ample parking, conveniently located.

Uncomfortable beds, sagging old lounge, old furniture, dank ensuite with a family of small drainage flies, cleanliness left a lot to be desired, bathroom supplies - one conditioner tube and no shampoo in ensuite, and limited towels, which made it difficult when they didn’t dry. I washed the cutlery, crockery and glasses in dishwasher with half the sachet provided as nothing seemed clean, and used the other half when we left. I had to ask for a second garbage bag. I can’t find anywhere being notified that the front of the building and pool area is undergoing major reno, something guests are usually notified of on booking. All in all at almost $800 a night, a bit more effort is expected.

Beautifully renovated and well appointed apartment.

The property facilities are undergoing renovations to the pool area and it was all closed off.

Unreal location and view from apartment, plus plenty of space.

The room was left quite dirty, there was dust everywhere, crumbs under on floor and etc. The main thing was being unable to shower in the master shower due to the mould and smell in bathroom.

Fantasoc view, lovely apartment and walking distance to Kirra, Coolangatta and green Mount. Bus only a block away if coming from airport. Wide sandy beaches, crashing waves, and lost of surfers in the distance.

The bedroom was hot at night with the blinds shut (Needed to shut to keep out street/flat lighting). But probably no problem if we'd gone in summer and had the AC overnight. We were theer in 22C weather, so not hot enough to warrant AC.
