Hostal Penalty

Es un hostal muy acogedor. Decoración bonita y cuidando los detalles. Al lado del Mestalla y del bar de Manolo el del Bombo. A buena distancia para ir a pie al casco antiguo de Valencia y el museo de las artes y las ciencias. Muy recomendable ver de noche!! Lo recomiendo 100%!! La única pega que le saco es la presión de la ducha.. que a veces varía sola. Por lo demás perfecto!

its a cool place to stay for 2 to 3 days not more.. Everything is good until we got to the breakfast "it was disappointing" .. but as an over all its a very good place to stay at ..

Et rigtig fint hostal til pengene. Fin beliggenhed tæt på Turia-parken og i gåafstand til centrum. Personalet var meget venligt. Fin service med daglig rengøring og døgnåbent i receptionen.

I would love to be more objective, but the clerk who checked me in was the worst ever. Even though I had my confirmation letter with me, he kept insisting that I hadn't completed the booking process. The best part was that I had exchange 8 emails with them to ensure my reservation because it was during Las Fall as and hotels book out quickly. He then insisted that I hadn't provided my credit card info, the credit card was no good, I asked for two rooms, etc. MEANWHILE WE ARE STARING AT THE COMPUTER SCREEN SHOWING EXACTLY WHAT HAD BEEN COMMUNICATED!!! I wasted nearly two hours of my life dealing with him before I could get into my room. The manager apologized, but did nothing to make amends.

Está todo perfecto y el trato excelente. Además aparcas en la puerta.

Di fronte allo stadio Mestalla, 2 minuti dalla fermata della metro, 5 minuiti a piedi dai giardini Turia, 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla Ciutat de les arts i les ciències. Staff cordiale e condizioni generali molto buone.

Very good for the price . Very clean. Very confortable. Good location centric

The location of this place is great, but it is a very poor cousin to the IBIS. The room is tiny, noisy as it's on a mains street. The bed is very uncomfortable, not enough pillows. The bathroom was kind of moldy. I got a terrible allergy to the blanket provided, couldn't stop sneezing. The room was cold and heated only by a reverse air conditioner. The staff were friendly though. But for the same price, there are much better places in Valencia.

Recently refurbished, clean and pleasant place to stay with friendly staff. Breakfast is a little on the small side and, be warned, the hotel is literally across the road from the football stadium, so if there's a match on one evening you will hear it!
