"Beautiful place!"

This hotel is in a very remote location but very scenic and special. Although within about 45-60 minutes from Reykjavik it feels entirely different. A great getaway with fabulous staff. A big bonus was the wake up call when the Northern Lights were visible. Really a wonderful experience!

"Cozy hotel perfect for seeing the Northern Lights"

Decent hotel. Kind of strangely laid out. When you walk into the room there's the bathroom and a little seating area - then you go up a flight of stairs to the beds. The beds upstairs are a little interesting. Picture attached below since I don't even know how to explain. Overall, you're staying here to see the Northern Lights - you should be successful.

"Wonderful hotel in a great location"

Great hotel, we were given a warm welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. The location is great for viewing the northern lights, but still close enough to Reykjavik and sightseeing areas.

"Can't beat the service, comfort or location!"

Great hotel - especially hot tub!! Room a little warm, even with windows open. Excellent dining experience, helpful front desk, great stay!!
