Good value for a weekend break.

Despite official check-in at 3pm, our room was not ready and we waited for 40 mins. When we went in, the floor was still wet from mopping. It's not something that cannot be.fixed....I expect the staff to inform me right away that the room is not ready and they needed more time.. instead of keep coming to the staff to ask if the room is ready.

The family room was very inviting and the boys loved it, especially with the access to the Pool from the room.

Breakfast is great..pool is big and staff always greeting & smiles 👍🏼

The toilet has no bidet, but it's ok..

The room was very big and comfy bed plus it has a bunk bed so my son loved it.

the resort is a little run down from when we first stayed a few years ago. a little upkeeping will do.

The worst stay I've never experienced. Please don't consider this.hotel. 1. First the hotel looks so old. VERY OLD. The paint of white is now yellowish and grey. Shocking to see the set of bath towels and hand towels.also match the wall colors. 2. The location is not near to anything. To travel to nagoya town takes us 30mins. And on day of us heading to town, the driver suggested us to pre book a spa (called spa secret) to.avoid missing out.. he cited that it being a Friday would be unwise to shop and walk in without appointment. So he took us on the hotel.van to the Spa secret. To our (rude) surprise, when we said we wanted alcate services not taking their suggestions of 2.5hour spa, the service staff.face changes and obviously wanting us to get lost to make.way for *more profit clients* :( Personally, the driver would be disappointed as he did not reap any commission from the spa he refer us to. 3. When we wanted to.explore the pool. Sad to say, they can only offer.two towels per couple. So.nothing for us to shield the sun. Another day when we try to.use.the pool again.. the towel station told us they ran.out of.towels. so.its our (bad) luck for heading the pool late. 4.Poor room service..I asked for fresh set of towels, change of Bedsheets, extra.pillow, extra water. They only fulfilled some.not all. 5. The TV.channels (sucks). CNA no.sound. some TV.channels had the.show.shown to us upside.down. can't even watch it even if.we want to. 6.Lousy Breakfast. The variety and quality is bad. The selection makes up of unhealthy options like cakes, kuek and noodles. Only eggs and toast is acceptable. 7.bad environment. The hotel is filled with children screaming over breakfast, running about in pyjamas and in wet.swimming outfits.. there is.totally no peace when you are eating in the resturant. The room at night can hear droplets of water.dripping. and lots of people moving about at the walkway (kids and cleaners with trollies). It's super.
