Room was generally clean and comfortable. Towels and bed were clean, aircon worked well, and WiFi was good. Pool access was convenient.

Lobby lighting was very dull and unwelcoming, especially during the holiday and Christmas season. Hotel facilities are poorly maintained and clearly need upgrading and repainting. The pool access door and lock were rusty and difficult to use, which felt unsafe as I was travelling with children. The kids’ pool slide was also rusty and appeared unsafe. Cleanliness around the hotel was poor, with many mosquitoes and visible signs of weak maintenance, including unused items left around the property. Overall, the hotel does not match the photos shown online. It looks good in pictures but not in real life. The photos shown on Booking.com are outdated and misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Activities were boring and not worth the price. We paid for archery, which was expensive but not enjoyable. In-house activities were also uninteresting. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited choices and poor food quality. There was also no lifeguard on duty at the pool, which is concerning, especially during peak season. Overall, the stay was not worth the price paid and I will not return.

The food was very average. Gym was mouldy. Pool had too much chlorine. Poor crowd management. Unclean toilets.

Resort is quiet, for those who wants a quiet getaway.

Whole resort is dated. Needs refurbishment, and some parts of resort are being refurbished. Sea water dirty, not suitable for sea sports. Breakfast was mediocre. Spa within the resort was also very quiet. The hotel lobby was quite warm, although rooms was ok. Too far from Batam city centre, suitable for those wanting to getaway. Not even near any restaurant. Got cancelled from Grab too a few times. Drive into resort area was not well lit and can be quite dark if driving in.

We loved the staff; they were so kind, patient, and helpful, especially the one who handled the Jet Ski and Banana Boat. Breakfast was great too. We loved the taste of your Jamu and the great staff walking around to serve it to us. Thank you too for the cake and decorations for our room..Celebrating birthday and anniversary. Hope you can serve Chocolate cake instead cause not all like to eat cheese. Thank you too for the cookies. Love them!

The room and facilities are a bit run-down. There aren't many family activities, and some close quite early, around 5 p.m. There's no karaoke or more game stations for kids. The jet skis and boats are all so old. I hope you can make the place more lively. The room rates are kind of expensive, so I hope we can have a better stay.

The big pool and friendly service staff

Slow check in. Im the last in the group to get my room. The rest who came and check in after me get the room before 3pm and some of my family members get upgraded to Suite room. Very very disappointed.

We like the large, connecting rooms and very comfortable and clean environment. The hotel cafe restaurant food & services were excellent, we enjoyed eating our meals there.

We did not like the deep-end of the swimming pool which is 2.2m. It was a disappointingly smaller area to swim around (by half) for our two teenagers keeping to the 1m side & also having to swim under the concrete bridge halved this area even smaller.
