Broken door locks and the window didnt shut all the way has big air gap in it, a man was outside screaming at 12:45 am and he was in his underwear, there are no phones in rooms so if you needed help you couldnt call for help, i was by myself and im a woman and i didnt feel very safe and i booked it online and i thought i had paid for it online but when i got there i was told i had to pay $4 so i handed her a $20 and i was told i had to pay a $100 deposit in cash if i was paying the $4 in cash so i just paid it by my atm card, i wont be staying there again and the front of the heater unit kept falling open

People hanging in the stairwell. Casino reminded me of in Texas juke joint. The word my son would use is ghettoooooooooo. And property down the road is even worse. Oh yeah, the bed was sunken in very uncomfortable.

Okay, for money spent

Front desk clerk was courteous, checked us in after closing at 6:06 pm. First room had bad tv and running toilet. Changed to another room with working tv and heat. Clean linens, dirty carpet, and loose toilet seat. Front desk clerk failed to change our room in computer system and notify night security. Night security banged on our door at midnight accusing us of illegal entry. Had to show room receipt to avoid police contact. On check in was charged almost $10 extra from expedia charges. Husband was confronted by blood gang member in am while walking his little service dog. Sketchy neighborhood with gang activity. Busted out door locks, only deadbolt. Great Chinese restaurant next door and friendly staff at bar.

No seal on the door, loud booming bass music in the parking lot until 2AM. Couldn't check out before 8AM because the office doesn't stay open 24/7

Longer check-in than I expected, but very friendly staff. Rooms are older but very clean. Frankly, I was surprised at how clean and comfortable it was. Can not say enough good things about the staff, they so caring and helpful in so many ways.

My experience was not good. Drug dealers every where. Hotel staff was on their personal phones while there was a line. Only one person was working. Room the walls were nasty. U can tell they didn’t change the sheets from the last person. Nor did they clean the tub. It had a towel on the floor of the tub.. I will never go back

Checking in was a nightmare. Staff was not awful. But they were nice in the long run. stay was on bad, druggies are an issue in the area.

Area was sketchy with regular shouting outside at all hours. Check in desk closes at 8PM so wasn't able to use my first booked night as I arrived after that time.

Very very gross on the inside... I've stayed at a few different Vegas motels that were economically cheap but true gems on the inside.this is just a dump... people playing loud music all hours if the night... my tv was half green and half normal just not worth the price of tea in china
