I booked it, paid and went directly there and front desk Nd everything was closed! I had to go find another hotel! Called to try to get refund and no answer and voicemail was full! How do I get a refund?

If I could give zero starts I would. When we arrived after 3 pm, which was check in time, we were told we had to wait because shift change was not complete yet. We waited for 15 minutes for them to check us in. The clerk was not very nice and kinda snotty. When we finally got to our room. The water to the toilet was turned off but thankfully my husband was able to figure that out. The shower had very low pressure and very small. The knob to pull the shower on was broke so that was difficult to get on. The room was dirty and gross. The beds were beyond hard and stiff. I think I would have much rather slept on the floor or in my car. I will never stay here again.

Checked me in like I was renting an apartment. Sent me on wild goose chase for ice. Had to buy bag ice from corner liquor store. No maid service/clean towels beds made. Asked for non smoker room. Smelled the stinch of smoke the min. I walked in. Rust and mold in tub. Cigarette burns on bedding and countertops. In the middle of bad neighborhood. Worried about safety every time we left the room. Bathroom door lock busted.

This place shouldn’t be onHotels.com, I’d hate to see a traveling family show up to this place nothing but potheads sitting out side looks like a drug store with so many cars coming in and out all night!!!

Why do you people keep staying here? We had the misfortune of having to stay here for a while and witnessed things I don't want to see again...drugs, violence, suicide, bed bugs, mistreatment by the staff..please, STAY AWAY. It is owned and run by criminals.

Great getaway! I enjoyed the stay. Definitely would book again.

I only stay there because it's close to the destination where I need to be...

I called to ask if maintanance can fix the shower there wasn't any cold water. The guy just showed up but, did not bring any tools or do anything to fix it.

I need my money back,when I get there the hotel close I have to pay more money and go to another Hotel.that was so bad its not my fault so i need my money back

I stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible . The people who are working were nice but their customer service wasn't really good I felt like every time I asked a question and I was bothering them . Also every time the people upstairs took a shower our roof late a lot of my stuff got damaged over $250 worth of my things. While we were gone the roof leaked and got all over my make up in my suitcase many of my clothes are ruined from residue from the ceiling and my make up is absolutely destroyed . When we informed the service people they didn't even offer to change our room until the last night of our stay , and there was very poor communication within the stuff because no one knew of the leaking issue even though we told people in the office multiple times . The overall cleanliness of our room wasn't satisfactory. Overall the area was pretty sketchy I asked for a refund and they would only give me one night stay worth which I don't think it's very fair Seeing how there was significant damage to my personal items
