The location that it is near to HarbourBay Ferry & the friendly & helpful bellboy & receptionist.

The room size not as expected.Too small & no closet to keep yr clothes.Too many flaws.No 24hrs shop if u want to buy a late night snack.So remember to buy outside b4 u head bck.The lobby area to the hotel lift is quite eerie.Dont bother booking the room wit balcony cos theres alot of lizards at night crawling all over the wall.In short,would not book again.

The pillows are too big for neck and uncomfortable. All 4 provided in was not meant for a comfortable rest. The room always have loud bang sound in the middle of the night. I would suggest they look into this. Otherwise I’m ok with the stay.

Good location

We stayed in the old wing of the hotel which was quite run down. There were gaps between the room door and the door frame because it was old and not maintained.

The building is beautiful, with lovely landscaping and greenery that create a cozy, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff and housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food options. The dining area was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, making it a great place to enjoy the morning meal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back again in the future. 😊✨

For the breakfast section, we were a bit disappointed with the egg station. We had to wait in line for about 30 minutes just for the eggs. Even placing an order took a long time before we received them. When we ordered boiled eggs, they were not properly cooked and were still slightly runny. We specifically ordered boiled eggs, not half-boiled eggs, so this was not what we expected. For the room, getting an iron was quite difficult. We had to request it two or three times before finally receiving one. The sink in Room 207 was leaking, causing water to continuously drip onto the floor. In Room 208, there was quite a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The location is okay, but it is not within walking distance of shops or other amenities. You need a car to get around, as it is not very accessible on foot.
