-the room was okay , everything in a good condition -toilet functional well -room really comfy, bed is good -breakfast was okay -gym was good (full equipment) - the vibes OK

-the swimming pool really need an improvement 1. the water is dirty( bugs,dry leaves) 2. the floor very slippery & mossy -the lift at the corner smell musty

location is good to walk to main area and harbour bay , kafe view and pool looks like nice , breakfasts options is amazing.

I strongly advise against assuming that paying a high price guarantees quality service. Since I came from a long journey, I agreed to pay an additional 25% early check-in fee just to access the room one hour earlier. However, the blanket smelled unpleasant, and when I removed the sheets to check, I saw that the duvet inside was stained, dirty, and in very poor condition. When I called the reception and asked for it to be replaced, the first question they asked was whether I had caused the stain myself or if it was already dirty. I found this response extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, water started leaking from the floor throughout the night. We had to use towels to clean the water ourselves. I genuinely do not understand how this can be considered “suite” level service.
