Relax Inn Westminster

There was a cockroach on the door inside the room, and we had to kill a wasp in the room. There was another bug I couldn't catch. I also found three dead bugs on the floor. The coffee maker didn't work so I had to run down to the local Hardee's for coffee. The carpet was old, dated and dirty. I stayed there one night because it was the only motel in my hometown.

The motel was very old, very run down. There was plexi glass on the front desk, and that scares me. Why do they need plexi glass between them and customers. The parking lot was all torn up and very muddy. The bed was so hard and leaned to one side, felt like I was falling off all night. The pillows were so hard I could not use to sleep. Two very thin and old towels in the bathroom. Hot water took forever to get hot, and even then I didn't use any cold and the shower I took was lukewarm. No breakfast at all. The room was clean, but smelled musty. Not enough outlets in the room. The wifi was slow. You had to use a step stool to use the air conditioner, could not reach without it. Husband said please do not stay here again, will travel back to Seneca to spend the night.

Older motel but well maintained and clean. A reasonable place for overnight and out during the day. Enjoyed my multiple night stay and will do so again.

Pleasant staff, a location in Westminster convenient to local sights. The room overall could easily be "low-rent" except for the care the staff gives to cleanliness and quiet. A nice place to stay on a budget.

It served the purpose for what we needed, a place to crash after a long day at Clemson watching a football game.

Old but clean hotel that did not overly charge during low country evacuation

This was a small room with no amenities, but for the low price, it was quiet enough and comfortable enough for me. I think they do need to put a seal under the door so bugs/drafts can't get in. Also the curtains needed to be replaced.

This is an older style motel in downtown Westminster SC, the room was clean and the hotel staff was curtious but the noise level was a bit high. Block wall construction and the age of the building allowed outside noise and room to room noise to filter into each room.

It took a long time for the hot water to flow. It was also very far from where I wanted to be but that's because there was a popular football game that filled up all the closer accommodations.
