"I visited this property years back, and it was so excellent but this time? So disappointing!"

I love the Location.

Spa Facilities, a Ceiling falling off in my Room, Damages & Wet Carpet caused by Rains. The maintenance really needs to be taken serious - what I experienced this time is nothing close to what I experienced a few years back. The place is disappointing.

Location and amenities...good breakfast Gym was great too

The balcony was dirty even after I requested twice to have it cleaned, and I couldn't enjoy it. One of the elevators was broken
