I made a booking for 3 of us in 3 rooms but the check in clerk made the guys pay again, even after they quoted her the check in number ... let's see how long it takes for my refund they promised .. SHE DID NOT BOTHER TO LOOK AT THE BOOKING AND ASSUMED IT WAS NOT PAID FOR

they say the refund can take up to 6 weeks due to the fact head office overseas needs to authorise it ... it's ridiculous for such a small amount --COULD THEY NOT JUST REFUND THE CARD ....

Everything. The security very kind from entrance the reception were welcoming and kind. We ordered meal and it came so quick and tasted delicious.

There was a bad carpet smell in our room but we were too tired to request to be moved. Room 141 needs to be checked
