The manager was very nice. The facilities need a good cleaning.

Clean and staff were wonderful. Offered a small continental breakfast.

I didn't eat the breakfast so I don't know what was offered. The bed is very comfortable and the Linens were clean and new.

There were several things wrong. First of all most of the cable TV channels did not work. Everything from Channel 30 up did not work was not authorized. This did not match my expectations at all and I think that I was overcharged for that alone. The microwave plate had cheese on it so it had not been cleaned. The coffee maker leaked when I made coffee and it's a very cheap old-fashioned model. I expected more from your brand.

I just loved it! Everything about it was great. I slept great, the beds were really comfortable. The bathrooms were fantastic and I had great showers.

Only option for our travel routethat night. Lots of knats flying around bathroom sink.

We enjoyed our stay at the Super 8. The room was clean and looks recently renovated. We’re used to hot breakfasts but this location didn’t have one. Dom gave us outstanding care and attention at check in. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Alturas.

It was very clean.

Mattresses were too soft, no support. My 70 year old husband had a hard time getting comfortable enough to sleep.
