Schitterend hotel met perfecte parkeerplaats

Eigenlijk niets.

Location was close to Heathrow for an overnight stay. Located above a pub so we could have a meal after a long flight and breakfast in the morning.

The room was a little dated and could do with a refresh. Fine for an overnight stop.

Close to where I needed to be

Minimal staffing also food/breakfast not wonderful

Cleanliness, comfort and on site parking and restaurant.

Had a lovely overnight stay after late flight from Heathrow. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Loved our stay and would happily stay again. Free parking a bonus!

The staff were friendly enough, but did listen when I told them about my allergies, so I was very very ill during the night.

The proper procedure wasn't followed when I told the staff about my allergies, I wasn't given the information to read so ended up being very very ill. And when I reported it to the manager the following morning, he was very empathetic and tried to say it wasn't fault for not reading the allergy information that WAS NOT given to me to read. Apparently he did report my experience to head office but they haven't been in touch to follow up and see how I am. I was very distressed and was ill for the following few days because if their carelessness. If I would've been a person who had to use an epi pen, they would've without a doubt had a death on their hands. I was basically given the wrong meal, meant for my husband. Very very unacceptable. Very poor customer service. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of empathy and contact.
