"Séjour découverte Puy de Dôme et Vulcania."

Tout était très bien, l'accueil, la propreté, la literie, le calme, le parking gratuit.

La faible amplitude horaire à la réception et pour le petit déjeuner.

"Excellent place to break a journey and see a bit of the volcan park area."

Great location for a couple of days stop over. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly, and clearly working hard! Restaurant food was good but limited for any longer than a couple of days stay. Lots of space for car parking and felt a safe place to stay.

They could have had Gin in the bar!

La truffade proposée sur la carte. Vraiment aucun goût. Pourtant, j'avais faim, mais je n'ai pas pu la finir...

Chambre spacieuse et très agréable

Chambre 8 occupée au rée de chaussée. Les chambres à l’étage sont accessible par un escalier qui est plutôt très bruyant. Cela pourrait être gênant en cas de forte circulation individuelle pour regagner les chambres.

Chambre très basique, mal insonorisée, WiFi dis-fonctionnel, ménage non fait, pas de changement de serviettes, restaurant basic et cher pour la qualité. S de geste commercial malgré la reconnaissance du disfonctionnement.

Propre, literie confortable, chambre assez spacieuse

La vue sur la route. Très mauvaise isolation phonique par rapport aux escaliers et aux autres chambres. Chambre décorée de manière totalement impersonnelle. Rapport qualité-prix très moyen tant au niveau de l'hôtel qu'au niveau du restaurant.
