Bed comfort and room size.

Very basic facilities and poor breakfast.

Bad condition for the room with old carpets and bathroom.

The mold smell in the room.

The guy on reception was amazing. Really welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The place could with a make over and some diy. The shower was rusty and the bathroom tap. It would also benefit from air-conditioning as the room was absolutely boiling even with both windows and a fan.

Rusty fixtures in the bathroom and the windows didn't open far enough to let much air in. One of our windows the seal had blown and you couldn't see through it because of the condensation.

Stopped after getting of ferry save riding home late, 4 motorbikes carpark seems safe enough out of the way a bit by a golf course, check in very easy, staff all friendly, room prices was very good value. Adjacent to green king pub.

Hotel and rooms are dated and probably could do with a makeover, however it's clean and tidy and you can't complain about the price.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, staff lovely.

Corridors very old-pub smell- thankfully room did not smell at all! Window glass was fogged and tarnished so couldn’t see out. But I was there to sleep so doesn’t matter. The shower control was very stiff and my old hands had real problem being able to grip and turn with enough force to get it working. Found I could use a towel to help grip so solved it. Note to management- when you upgrade use a different design please.

Filthy carpet in our room. Made sure we didn't put Anything on the floor!Window catch almost broken. Really bad attempt at sealing in bathroom . Walls grubby in places.
