Scotia Airport Hotel

Cheap stay near the airport, and within walking distance of shops and plenty of cafes for breakfast. Not much other than a place to stay.

A bit worrying at first, but friendly check in and clean comfortable room made us more at ease. Perfect airport location.

The property was overbooked and had no room upon arrival. I ended up getting my own Uber after the front desk guy said I could hop on a nearby train to get to another hotel.

Lovely room and the breakfast was excellent. Even though near the car park, didn’t hear a thing!

The price and proximity to airport were ok, but this definitely a below par airport hotel. Old, shabby, no food anywhere near. I did appreciate the clerk calling to reserve a cab for an early morning pick-up.

Really bad. Room smelt of urine and they couldn't move me. Also made to wait outside on steps because I arrived 20 mins before check in, which is ridiculous

BEWARE They tried to charge me for a room I already paid for on hotels.com. Even though I showed them the email from hotels.com. They only accepted when I showed an online bank statement of money going out of my account. Not hotels.com fault. I saw on trip advisor other customers wing charged twice on their credit cards. I was genuinely afraid to stay in the room after that experience. It was just me and. Young child waiting for a flight the next day. Room was cold but fairly clean. More like motel or low standard b&b. About 1mile from airport down dark alley with graffiti. My advice ... book premier inn. Right in door of airport but unfortunately I only realised that after I arrived. I would t go back

The room we were given was right beside the main entrance and reception. Every time the main door opens it wakes you up and you can hear every conversation from reception. The carpet in the room was very sticky and the shower pressure was poor. The room we stayed in could be used as the reception area which would solve the noise issue.

Clean room, comfy beds and friendly staff. Good value for money paid.

The rooms could be doing with a good clean, no remote for the TV, the smoke alarm was disconnected, there was mould around the shower and shower head. The staff were kind of friendly. Anyhoo you only get what you pay for.
