Please note, rooms are cleaned every day between 10:00 and 14:00, without any additional cost. Cleaning staff will not enter the room without the guest's authorization. One set of towels is included per guest, extra towels are available for EUR 1 per piece. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation. Check-in times are as follows: - Monday to Saturday: 12.00 until 14.00 and 16.00 until 20.00 - Sunday: 12.00 until 16.00 Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the hotel's check-in machine. To receive the password, please contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. All rooms have the same facilities but are decorated differently. You may not be in a room which looks exactly like the photos shown.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
