Everything. Once we got there the place did not match the photos and there was also no running water. Once we tried to get a refund they told us that we needed to contact booking.com but when we tried to cancel on the app it told us that they reached out to the property and they had declined our request on a refund. We also tried to speak with the owners in the office which they claim is open 8:30 to 8pm yet no one was there and we were unable to resolve the situation leading to us having to book another place for accommodation for the night. We would want to speak about a refund or partial refund.

The bed was comfortable.

Knock it down and rebuild. The place is so old and unkept. Pool is empty and full of junk and weeds as is the rest of the gardens.

Nothing so rude he was very rude i have never been to such kind of place where i had done the booking from booking.com and it was late night and he was talking so rude 0 customer service and i do even say please dont go for this kind of customer service if your are paying its not value for money i had paid for service not for someone bad behaviours
